| Nothing beats in-person instruction that often is found at trade conferences and expos. (Courtesy of International Professional Pond Companies Association) | No company can succeed as an island. It takes a network for a company to run efficiently.
Suppliers, manufacturers, tradesmen and more come together to make our pond and water garden projects complete. Keeping up with cutting-edge technology keeps pond professionals competitive.
Reading magazines and searching the Internt can help pond professionals keep up with advancements, but nothing replaces face-to-face interaction. This is why trade shows exist. In the past, the pond world has done a great job of organizing such events. This year will be totally different. This year, the pond world is teaming up with the Irrigation Association to put on Info Tanza 2011 in San Diego, Calif., on Nov. 5-8. The International Professional Pond Companies Association is organizing the event, and it is free to IPPCA members!
Attendees of the show can visit the IPPCA Pond and Waterscape Pavilion, which will feature many pond and water garden booths. More than 50 pond-related companies already have signed up.
The Irrigation Association is reaching out to the pond because irrigation companies are building water features as an additional income stream. To capture this emerging customer base, pond and water feature manufacturers and distributors are nurturing new installers.
Info Tanza will include more than a dozen seminars led by some of the nation's leading experts. The topics will add to your bottom line. For example, rainwater harvesting is a hot topic. Did you know you need a knowledge of drip irrigation to complete a rainwater harvesting system?
You can get all the information you need under one roof by attending the Irrigation Show and Info Tanza. What benefits have you received from attending one of these events in the past?
